What You'll Do
Identify, onboard, and offboard design resources in coordination with department leadership. Lead data center core and shell due diligence and design projects from start to finish, ensuring budget/schedule adherence and satisfaction of design requirements. Develop and enforce multi-site project and program management plans. Proactively manage and communicate change throughout the project both within AECOM and to clients.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, plus eight (8) years of relevant experience in design and/or project management. Excellent communication in Spanish and English (written/oral). Active or recent leadership in data center and mission-critical trade organization.
