Develop, implement, and monitor statistical and machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Perform data exploration, cleaning, and preparation for analytical studies. Create reports that translate technical results into insights for business areas. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate hypotheses, understand needs, evaluate model applications, test solutions, and track results.

Experience with programming languages such as Python or R. Proficiency in classical and modern machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, logistic regression, ensemble, and boosting models (e.g., XGBoost, LightGBM, catboost). Strong foundation in statistics and probability.
