The Associate Technical Account Manager will support primary TAMs in monitoring solution health, configuring Varicent products, and troubleshooting technical issues for VIP clients. They will also analyze data patterns to provide performance insights and assist in driving customer value through proactive maintenance and feature adoption.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation with mandatory advanced SQL skills. Proficiency in relational databases and data manipulation is required, while experience with Sales Performance Management software is preferred.
