Head of Capital Markets - São Paulo (Hybrid)
ClaraCore Responsibilities
Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of debt facilities, including asset-backed financing and revolving credit lines. Build and maintain financial models to evaluate funding alternatives and assess cost of capital. Manage relationships with existing lenders and prepare documentation for investor updates. Conduct market research to benchmark Clara's debt terms and monitor macro trends to inform financing strategies.
Requirements
8 - 10+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or corporate finance roles. Experience leading the structuring and management of asset-backed facilities is required. Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills are necessary, along with strong interpersonal and project management abilities.
