Supervise laboratory operations and ensure compliance with established procedures. Coordinate and control the processes of sample preparation and analysis of minerals and bullion. Manage the laboratory team by distributing activities and monitoring performance indicators.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in mining laboratories, preferably in the analysis of minerals, precious metals, or bullion. Experience in fusion, cupellation, and analysis of Au/Ag or related processes.
