Core Responsibilities

The Account Manager - Growth will own a defined book of package customers, being fully responsible for renewals and expansion targets, including leading pricing normalization efforts for legacy contracts. This role requires serving as the commercial owner for all account changes, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to execute customer-facing initiatives, and analyzing account trends to drive retention and revenue growth.

Requirements

Candidates must have 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Renewals, or Sales within B2B SaaS, with direct accountability for net revenue retention and expansion targets. Essential requirements include comfort with difficult pricing/contract negotiations, strong commercial focus while managing multiple accounts, and proficiency in navigating CRM systems and internal tools.
