Plan training in the system. Launch attendance lists in the system. Organize and manage logistics for training sessions, including room setup and materials. Provide guidance and support to instructors and participants during both in-person and online training.

Currently enrolled in high school or higher education. Aged between 16 and 22 years. Basic knowledge of computer skills. Availability to work within Syngenta's administrative hours (08:00 – 15:00) and for a 15-month contract. Ability to communicate clearly and demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
