Lead the labor relations strategy for multiple markets in the region. Advise Operations and People leaders on labor legislation, risk management, and best labor practices. Identify trends and indicators of workplace climate, engagement, and associate experience to drive improvement actions. Design and implement communication, participation, and organizational commitment strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field with 4 years of experience in human resources, labor relations, or a related area, or 6 years of experience in the same fields. 1 year of supervisory experience.
