Analista Sr. de RGM

Conduct promotional post-mortems by category and mechanics, measuring incremental volume, cannibalization, and incremental margin. Build and calibrate elasticity and promotional response models that support D-110 simulations. Produce margin bridges per cycle, investigating margin deviations by region, channel, and category to identify root causes.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Administration, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in RGM, pricing, commercial analysis, trade marketing, or consulting. Proven experience with promotional effectiveness analysis, margin decomposition, and price elasticity. Advanced Excel and SQL skills; Python or R for modeling and automation is a strong plus.
