What You'll Do
Act as a focal point for leadership in both capital and regional areas, recognized as a strategic partner. Translate business goals into HR action plans focusing on development, climate, performance, and retention. Identify and resolve complex organizational issues, and support leaders in performance calibration and decision-making regarding promotions and merit.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or related fields. Solid experience in HR, proven as a Business Partner or in HR products with strong client interface. Ability to work autonomously with a systemic vision and strong analytical skills.
