Core Responsibilities

Perform sales support activities to expand business relationships and enhance the client experience for Experian clients and prospects. Responsibilities include managing batch programs, conducting client training, and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Requirements

Requires over 3 years of customer-facing or support experience and outstanding written and spoken English skills. Proficiency in Salesforce.com CRM, AI, and Microsoft applications is considered a plus.
