Clinical Systems Optimization Specialist

Proactively collaborate with initiative leads and management to prepare, organize, coordinate, document and provide the development and delivery of department products and services. Develop varied support materials, presentations, and tools to support the department's remit and strategies. Lead small to medium-scale process improvement initiatives and review, assess, and update procedural documents for compliance.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification. 5+ years of previous experience in clinical research across all phases of the clinical study life cycle. Experience with PowerBI, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate is required. Coding experience with Python and Java(script) is preferred.
