Provide L2 production support for FX e-Trading and Distribution systems, ensuring incidents are investigated and resolved. Perform start-of-day checks and continuous monitoring as part of the global support model. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Strong knowledge of FIX protocol for troubleshooting electronic trading connectivity. Experience with UNIX/Linux, Database, Network, and Market Data systems. Ability to work in shift rotation across different time zones.
