Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, and prepare management reports detailing status and incidents.
What We're Looking For
University or technical studies completed or in progress related to Telecommunications, Engineering, Systems, etc. Knowledge of CLOUD products (IAAS, SAAS, PAAS), Cybersecurity, IoT, AWS, among others. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency and experience in direct client contact.
