Develop business relationships with members, acting as a sales consultant. Execute the cooperative's commercial strategy, understanding and addressing members' needs. Prospect new members and sell products and services, ensuring excellent member experience.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Agronomy, or related fields. Experience in financial institutions or cooperatives is a plus. Knowledge of consultative sales techniques and a valid driver's license (CNH B) are desirable.
