This role involves designing and building on-brand, conversion-focused email campaigns within major ESPs, ensuring they are tested and mobile-responsive. Additionally, the individual will contribute to strategy by suggesting improvements for segmentation, personalization, and automation based on performance data.

Requirements

Candidates must have 2–4 years of experience building emails in ESP platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing conversion-focused email work. Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite and an understanding of email metrics, segmentation, and A/B testing fundamentals are required.
