Core Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to centralize US portfolio services for payroll catalogue using the Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process, ensuring service delivery and Service Level Agreement fulfillment. Responsibilities include analyzing, documenting, and executing payroll services, validating inputs, capturing data in payroll systems, and developing solutions for better customer service.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with desirable experience in payroll, accounting, or finance processes. Required competencies include proficiency in the full Microsoft Suite, strong English communication skills, customer focus, adaptability, strong organizational skills, and high integrity.
