Leverage job boards and other sourcing tools to identify and create a shortlist of qualified candidates. Manage internal referrals as the first line of review, forwarding qualified candidates to the appropriate Talent Attraction Lead for further consideration. Utilize market intel tools to provide relevant and up-to-date insights on talent trends, competitor activities, and industry standards.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in a recruiting or recruiting related role with an aptitude for understanding IT and technology related roles. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools is a plus.
