Analyze operation documents for consistency and completeness. Ensure accuracy in the acquisition of credit rights and manage financial reconciliations. Validate credit rights and monitor the quality of information from various stakeholders. Build and track performance indicators and implement productivity metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, Data Science, or related fields. Knowledge of FIDCs, credit rights, and capital markets. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex business rules.
