Manage access routines and monitor IT equipment. Provide technical support for departmental demands and ensure compliance with established processes and deadlines. Contribute to the qualification of IT activities through knowledge sharing and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in related fields. Knowledge of Office suite and Windows operating system. Experience in IT support. Valid driver's license category B. Technical English proficiency.
