The Agile Coach Manager will drive the adoption of agile methodologies and UX practices across the organization through training and team coaching. They are responsible for monitoring performance metrics, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring solutions are centered on user needs.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Informatics, or IT Engineering and possess at least 5 years of experience in agile projects. Proficiency in intermediate English and relevant certifications in Scrum, Kanban, or Management 3.0 are required or highly desired.
