Provide technical support including initial diagnosis and problem resolution for Identity Management issues. Escalate tickets to higher levels when necessary and maintain updated support records and documentation. Assist in identifying updates and new procedures for the Knowledge Base while prioritizing user satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Advanced English for conversation; Technical education completed or in progress in IT. Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking concepts. ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.
What We Offer
CLT hiring with on-site work in the ABC region of SP. Monday to Friday, commercial hours.
