What You'll Do
Lead the visual design direction across digital products, platforms, and experiences. Mentor and provide creative direction to visual designers throughout the design process. Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components. Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to develop solutions that balance user needs and business goals.
What We're Looking For
5–8+ years of experience designing digital products across web, mobile, and responsive platforms. Proven experience leading and mentoring visual design teams. Strong expertise in building and maintaining scalable Design Systems. Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
