
Executive Assistant / Operations Assistant

Manage executive calendars, scheduling, email correspondence, and administrative requests. Track employee and field-team billable hours, match receipts and expenses to the appropriate jobs or projects, and maintain accurate job cost records. Coordinate new-hire onboarding and collect required employee documentation while providing general administrative support to leadership and the operations team.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in executive assistance, administrative operations, or operations coordination. Fully fluent in English, with strong Spanish proficiency as a significant advantage. Direct experience with employee onboarding, time tracking, payroll-related administration, or expense management.
What We Offer
Compensation ranges from $900 to $1,300 USD per month. This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours within the Pacific Time Zone.
