Early Talent Acquisition Analyst

Coordinate recruitment for First Gen and Next Gen programs. Execute attraction, assessment, selection, offer, and onboarding activities. Monitor pipelines and support timely hiring and a positive candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers, PBPs, and RPO teams on hiring needs.

2 - 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employer branding. Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders including universities and hiring managers.
