The supervisor will oversee and support sales representatives during daily routes, providing feedback and monitoring route reception/departure, inventory, and safety protocols. Key duties include reviewing daily sales visibility, preparing performance reports, tracking KPIs, conducting market visits to find improvements, and coordinating sales closing while resolving incidents.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree in Marketing, Administration, or a related field, along with experience in sales and team management, and must be available to work Monday through Saturday starting at 6:30 AM. Desired qualifications include intermediate English proficiency, a valid A or B driver's license, and knowledge of commercial indicators, inventory control, negotiation techniques, and Excel.
