Core Responsibilities

Directly support Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) focusing on project management for marketing initiatives across various channels. Manage and coordinate campaign requests, creative briefs, assets, feedback, handoffs, and timelines between partners, including creative agencies and internal marketing teams. Build, manage, and maintain comprehensive project trackers with campaign updates from PMMs, ensuring transparent and up-to-date information.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field. 5+ years of dedicated project management or marketing experience within a dynamic marketing or operational environment, preferably supporting e-commerce/social-commerce or technology brands. Strong understanding of the end-to-end marketing campaign lifecycle, including creative development, media execution, and reporting.
