InnovamatCore Responsibilities
The specialist will act as the math success expert, accompanying and training teachers implementing the Innovamat curriculum through classroom sessions and regular meetings to define success paths and resolve doubts. Responsibilities also include conducting product demonstrations focused on math teaching, building an educator community, and managing relationships with school leadership for implementation review and contract renewal.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a solid background in mathematics and teaching, ideally with experience as a primary school math teacher, and a passion for bringing cutting-edge research into the classroom. Essential skills include the ability to build meaningful relationships with leadership teams, strong educator-to-educator communication, a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset for early-stage challenges, and advanced English proficiency for training.
