Order Management Specialist

Coordinate and oversee manual and automated sales orders across multiple channels, ensuring end-to-end visibility and successful order fulfillment. Resolve non-standard order flows and exceptions by identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions. Monitor order activity, receipts, and status updates while providing accurate information to stakeholders.

High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field. +2 years of experience in Order Management, Logistics, or similar areas with Vocational Education; no prior experience required with a Bachelor’s degree. Capable of communicating effectively in English.

This is an in-office role requiring full-time presence in the company’s facilities. May be required to work overtime and/or during Panamanian holidays based on business needs.
