Core Responsibilities

The role involves addressing end-to-end workflow improvements, from diagnosis through solution implementation and optimization across various People processes like Talent Acquisition and Compensation. This includes leading data analysis sessions for needs assessment and applying continuous improvement strategies to ensure process efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields, along with developed experience in continuous process improvement management and project agendas within Human Resources. Solid knowledge and application of continuous improvement methodologies such as DMAIC, PDCA, A3, Lean, or Kaizen, along with fluency in English and Spanish, are required.
