Commercial Operations Manager

This role is responsible for owning day-to-day resourcing across Practice and Client teams using data, forecasting, and automation to deploy talent against client demand. The manager will also build and evolve capacity and productivity models to provide real-time visibility into supply, demand, and margin performance.
Requirements
Candidates need over two years of experience in a media agency or similar setting, familiarity with agency operations, and a strong desire to understand and own the business commercials. Proficiency in data tools like Google Sheets/Excel and experience experimenting with automation, scripting, or AI/LLM tools are essential.
