Act as the focal point for training at Nano and Metro sites in the Southern Cone. Execute training programs ensuring success and proposing process improvements. Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans for training programs. Ensure the integration of learning technology and support various training stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Completed education related to the field (Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Engineering, etc.). Proficient in Excel and presentation tools. Experience in KPI management and project execution. Knowledge of logistics operations and training.
