Southeast Region Coordinator
Forest Stewards GuildCore Responsibilities
The coordinator will support the planning, implementation, and coordination of forestry projects, primarily conducting site visits, inspections, monitoring, and assisting with contractor management and seasonal crew oversight in Central Appalachia. This role also involves contributing to outreach, education, community engagement, and organizing workshops for forest industry partners.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications include an Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant natural resource field, knowledge of Central Appalachian forest ecosystems, and experience with field-based forestry work. Candidates must be willing to travel frequently during the field season and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
