Core Responsibilities

Build and grow the channel partner ecosystem across Argentina and Chile, identifying, onboarding, and developing strategic alliances with benefits brokers, HR consultancies, voucher/benefits companies, banks, and fintechs. Drive indirect revenue through a mix of hunting new reseller partners and farming existing alliances, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and deal conversion through the channel. Own end-to-end partner relationships, from commercial negotiation and contract structuring to joint go-to-market execution and ongoing performance management.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in indirect sales, reseller partnerships, or B2B alliance management. Familiar with the Argentina and Chilean business landscape, including local dynamics in HR, benefits, and corporate services markets. Fluent in Spanish and English with professional proficiency required.
