Provide operational and administrative support for the retail business area, focusing on multi-brand stores, pharmacies, and distribution channels. Assist in executing commercial routines, basic customer service, and monitoring retailers and external partners. Support internal communication with marketing, finance, logistics, and training teams.

Experience in retail operational support, including order entry, verification, and tracking sales orders until invoicing. Knowledge of inventory control and stock management. Basic financial control skills, including tracking and managing payment receipts.
