Lead automation and continuous improvement projects by mapping current and future processes, identifying opportunities, and prioritizing initiatives based on ROI, risk, and effort. Act as a focal point for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between teams, managing the backlog, acceptance criteria, scope, and change control. Create status reports, indicators, and results, developing executive presentations with data analysis to support tactical and strategic decisions.

Advanced SQL knowledge for data extraction, processing, validation, and analysis with a focus on performance and quality. Experience with Looker Studio and advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot). Familiarity with end-to-end process structuring, business rules, service levels, documentation, data analysis, KPI management, and metric dictionaries.
