Support the business area of the agency in assisting Agro segment members by providing information related to Sicredi's products and services. Conduct operational activities to facilitate self-service, ensuring efficient and agile service. Maintain and update member records and provide assistance both in the cooperative's premises and during external visits.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Agronomy, Agricultural Technical or related fields. Desired experience in customer service. Certification from ANBIMA is a differential. Good communication skills.
