Lead and coordinate innovation initiatives and transformation projects. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, services, and work models. Facilitate workshops on Design Thinking and agile methodologies. Manage the portfolio of initiatives, monitoring metrics and impact.

Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, Innovation, or related fields. 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or innovation. Knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean, Agile, and data analysis tools.
