Previous experience in legal operations or back office is essential; a law degree is not required but experience with operational processes is critical. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and document controls. Must possess a high level of autonomy and a proactive approach to task execution without the need for micromanagement.
