Monitor and ensure the submission of documentation by real estate agencies, confirming all necessary documents are complete before analysis. Conduct legal due diligence on real estate agencies and their contracts using AI tools. Communicate the results of legal analysis internally and to the real estate agency, indicating approvals or pending issues. Send contracts for signature after legal approval and oversee the process until completion. Design and document new operational workflows for the Legal Ops area, contributing to scalable routines.
Requirements
Previous experience in legal operations or back office is essential; a law degree is not required but experience with operational processes is critical. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and document controls. Must possess a high level of autonomy and a sense of ownership to execute tasks independently and proactively.
