Supervisor de turno

Ensure the correct operation of the store during the shift while maintaining high quality standards. Coordinate the team and their tasks, assigning resources according to priorities to maximize productivity. Support the Store Manager in fulfilling the store's administrative processes, including inventory management and human resources.

Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and developing teams. At least 2 years of experience in sectors such as retail, fast food, or supermarkets. Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google.

The position requires availability to work in the evening/night shift from 4 PM to midnight with one rotating day off.
