Ensure the quality and availability of the network to provide the best customer experience. Conduct field inspections with an emphasis on network quality, optimizing operational costs and network depreciation. Inspect construction and maintenance works of optical networks and comply with health and occupational safety management system requirements.

High school diploma required. Valid driver's license (CNH B). Experience with optical networks, maintenance, and operations. Basic knowledge of Office Suite. Availability for travel.
