Support Business Partners in managing information about service areas, creating and analyzing performance indicators. Assist in the operation of structural movements such as transfers, promotions, and merit increases. Conduct exit interviews and assess turnover indicators. Collaborate with HR specialists to ensure adherence to HR processes and deliver solutions.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related fields. Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong data manipulation skills, critical analysis, communication, relationship-building, organization, proactivity, teamwork, and flexibility in schedule according to academic demands.
