Identify and prioritize operational improvement opportunities to address key pain points in safety, quality, and productivity. Co-create, validate, and implement systemic solutions with Process Development teams while ensuring execution with regional and Operational Excellence teams. Collaborate to replicate benchmarks from other operations and conduct operational and financial feasibility analyses of projects.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar. Knowledge and experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as TPS, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen, Design Thinking, and Agile. Experience in continuous improvement projects with at least Yellow Belt certification and proficiency in Spanish and English is desirable. Experience with Power BI, Looker, SQL, and advanced Excel is required.
