Core Responsibilities

Lead, coordinate, and develop the Direct Sales Agents team in the field. Ensure daily follow-up on team activity, productivity, and pipeline. Provide continuous feedback, performance evaluations, and development plans for agents. Analyze metrics and performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in telesales, sales, or acquisition. Experience leading telephone sales teams. Familiarity with CRM and commercial tracking tools. Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and make decisions.
