RF Engineer

Perform RF planning and optimization activities across 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G networks to improve coverage, capacity and quality. Monitor and analyse network KPIs, traffic trends, interference and utilization; troubleshoot faults and recommend corrective actions. Prepare RF coverage predictions, site evaluations and RF network design inputs for expansion and upgrades.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in RF planning, optimization or performance management in mobile networks. Working knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE and 5G technologies, network architecture and RF principles.
