Design and lead the regional Procurement strategy for professional services and outsourcing, including spend analysis and supplier planning. Standardize scopes, SLAs, deliverables, and commercial conditions across countries while considering legal and tax requirements. Evaluate sourcing alternatives and negotiate rates and contracts with suppliers. Manage suppliers through indicators and improvement plans, ensuring compliance with policies.

5 to 8 years of experience in Procurement, with at least 3 years in purchasing professional services or outsourcing. Professional degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Experience managing expenses and purchasing processes across multiple countries, preferably in Latin America. Desired specialization or certification in Procurement or Supply Chain.
