Core Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute onboarding and ongoing training for the commercial team to improve sales results. Develop training materials and plans for SME leaders while maintaining updated knowledge on prospecting and sales processes.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Business, Administration, or Communication with at least 3 years of experience. Candidates must be experts in commercial prospecting and sales processes with strong pedagogical and communication skills.
