Senior Change Strategist

Develop and execute change strategies for assigned client engagements, aligning stakeholders across business and technology teams. Define and track adoption metrics in partnership with Analytics and Product teams, connecting behavior change to business outcomes. Support enterprise transformation efforts where work, workforce models, and human experiences are shaped by data, automation, and Generative AI.

4 – 7 years of progressive experience in organizational design, transformation, and change enablement, ideally within consulting or professional services environments. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Change Management, or related field. Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
