Core Responsibilities

Build and develop the end-to-end mass hiring process in Colombia. Design the selection process considering legal requirements and stakeholder expectations. Continuously improve hiring processes by defining bottlenecks and validating hypotheses to enhance key metrics. Manage acquisition channels and optimize the hiring funnel for conversion rates and efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience managing a product or process using a data-driven approach. Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics and hypothesis validation. Experience in mass hiring or similar high-volume funnel products. Fluent English and readiness to work in a Spanish-speaking environment.
