The Data & Reporting Analyst will transform operational data into actionable insights, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making for Brazil and Peru operations. They are responsible for identifying performance trends, investigating root causes of KPI deviations, and automating reporting routines.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in data analysis or operational analytics within a contact center or BPO environment. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and contact center KPIs is required, along with advanced English language skills.
